Micheal is by far the greatest Greek bodybuilder, and the first ever to appear at the Mr. Olympia IFBB Pro Bodybuilding contest.
Michael is a role model for athletes, with great muscularity, exceptional lines, power, and guts. We worked together a few years ago on a video clip we made for his guest appearance at a bodybuilding contest in Greece.
This weekend he will battle with the other world Titans at Las Vegas, where the Mr. Olympia 2009 contest is held.

Michael is one of those athletes that inspired me, because of his great discipline and enthusiasm to excel on his chosen career, at the same time that he contribute on health and fitness. I've been into gym session for quite sometime, and taking muscle builder supplements.
